Do you know of any 'killer', 'sure to please', 'WOW' sauce recipe you can throw at me? An all around knock-em-dead sauce. I know there are some darn good jar sauces but love to cook and would like to find a winner I can start jaring up. I have tryed a few and they stunk so I come to the pros
Thanks in advance,
JD

Well, wish I could help... I've made a few that were pretty good, but as usual, I'm more of a spontaneous type of cook and except for sausage making, I usually end up just throwing stuff in the pot and tasting...
More often then not, if I'm going to serve sauce, It's gonna be Head Country original straight out of the bottle...
Here is another one I've been meaning to try.

I 2nd that one. Has everything one could want in a sauce, sweet, tangy, spicy and not too much of each, a perfect balance.
You can get some here
