Man! You’ve made me want to be your co-worker. That looks great. I’m a big diners drive-ins and dives fan and I see them doing corned beef and pastrami on there and I hope to one day try it.

I'm not sure the trade off of the CB and Pastrami for working where I'm at would be beneficial...

Nah, to be honest, the company itself is a Great place to work and the Owner is a stand up guy, probably the most generous owner of any company I've worked for.
It's just the " lazy " ones, the ones that " just skate by " while others pull thier weight for them that rubbs me the wrong way. We have 13 locations all up and down the East Coast and in our branch alone, we have about 85 employees.
Most have worked there between 10-35/40 years.
Says alot when there is very little turn around so I'm grateful to not only be working, but to be working at a place where we aren't " just a # "..
