Anyone heard of a Black Olive?
I know some folks up north rave about them. Basically a combo Green Egg + Traeger.

IIRC Dan they came out about 2 yrs ago. I don't know anyone that has one.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

New one on me. Bet your pellet use would go down as ceramics have much better thermal retention as a general rule.

I saw one at the BBQ Mercantile in Austin on Burnett Road. Pretty cool looking. I bet the most efficient design known to man. You take the ease of pellets and the heat retention of the ceramic and bingo. Not my cup of tea but definitely interesting.
