Almost finished, smoker #2..
After a few visits to the spectacled guru in Austin, who's staff kindly invited me to their sanctuary, I decided to build at least one such size myself.
Within a few months I was noticed on an ad at the Dutch Craigslist, Marktplaats.
This one is with his 500 gallon only 1/4 of a pit @ Franklin
It came in as an abandoned project from a guy who fractured his pelvis and was unable to finish it.
He had done a lot already and where he wandered off I could still easily correct.
It became a in between project but with the lockdown time is at hand so it is almost finished exept for the stainless grates.
