Honestly they look tempting but adding pepper jack or even doing this seems more fuss then it needs. Would a ABT be easier? A whole slice of bacon would be better to eat then sprinkles?

Agreed, I'd opt to ABT pretty much over anything with Bacon, except for my Shrimp En Brouchette that is
