There are many many Recipes for this great dessert and most all of them are pretty good also. However, they will get too soupy if you don't watch out but "it's still good" HAHAHAHAHA Here is a Recipe that we used a lot back when we lived in Nix and had 3 hearty producing Pecan Trees in our Yard. I prefer "gently" putting the pecans on top of the filling before baking

If your first one happens to turn out too soupy then you might consider adding some additional flour or some corn starch the next time.
