Im dying to know whan the next Throw down will be.

Oh I know what you mean. I have ideas for my next one like read what all can be in the photo.
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

Ask Gator or Deputy Dave (DatsBBQ). I seem to recall the fall lineup was a Labor Day TD and a SuperBowl TD, aka the TBBQF Bowl.

No telling when the next one will pop up, but I know it won't be Labor Day. We're kicking around some ideas... stay tuned.

What about a Thanksgiving Turkey throw down? just a thought something out of the norm that we do most of the time. Could do smoked or fried both are good.
