Can someone help me out with a "Fattie" recipe? I have never smoked one before, but looks very tasty! Thanks.

Neked Fatties rule!! Un glove your chub and put it in a warm place to soak in the sweet blue until it hits165 slice it and wrap it in a biscuit

Here is a pic of my first "Fatty". Turned out great . Need to figure out if potatoes will work in the center with the cheese. Anyone tried that yet?

Great fatty.
I stuff them with kinda hash brown/bacon mix
fry taters and bacon, put them in a tube and build kind of role

One of my favorites is saute' some diced onion and portabellos, then add grated pepper jack and crawfish tails.
