sirloin wraps ?

Postby Rich777 » Sat Feb 21, 2009 9:12 pm

I really don't know what to call these. I stole the idea from Jim's earlier post.
I found a pack of thin sliced sirloins at Wallyworld, stuffed with mushrooms, onion, red and yellow bell peppers. Seasoned with Greek seasoning, into the smoke for almost two hours. Sliced into bite size pieces. Pretty tasty. :D
