Hello from San Antonio!!

Hello and howdy, excited to be apart of this BBQ community. I've been BBQueing for aboit the last 15 years. My mom actually taught me how to BBQ on an old fashioned water heater grill lol. My dad before he passed taught my mom how to BBQ so she could pass it on down to me. For the last 3-4 years been getting more into the art of smoking!!
