Displaced Texan firin' up a new smoker

Postby Stay Marine » Sun Jan 19, 2020 10:30 am

Howdy Gang! Recently retired from the Marines and wife got me an electric smoker so I could finally make some real brisquit...East Coast BBQ isn't quite the same! So far we've made a couple brisquits, a couple pork loins and a turkey (holy crap I'm never cooking turkey any other way!).

Was looking for some insight on smoking an eye of round and came across this forum, so I am stoked to check everything out on here! Giddy' Up!
