Can someone explain in adequate detail what Tejas means other than another than different spelling version of Texas? Inquiring minds want to know.

OK, is it considered a disparaging term? I read where a couple of guys got thier posts deleted (other forum) for using that term.

I'm horrible at this stuff. That's why my sauce and rub remains unnamed. Hows about

Sucklebusters Multi-Rub The all around great seasoning

Sucklebusters Everyday Seasoning You grill it, we season it

Sucklebusters OneSpice The One Seasoning that does it all

I think Puff likes Hoochie Mama (a code name from our test kitchen). :D

Thanks Puff -

I am going to stick with SuckleBusters - Texas Style Seasoning, Steak Seasoning for now...I like the idea of SuckleBusters - Texas Style Seasoning, All Purpose Seasoning too...need to noodle on it for a while longer. Thanks for the ideas everyone.

Tami, The Taste of Texas is another tag line I considered and is still a possibility. Good idea.

I am in the process of Trade Marking "SuckleBusters - Texas Style Seasoning". It's a lenghty process and I am fickle, may change my mind before im finished.
