Got and thawed out 3 NY Strip Steaks from HEB... Seasoned with "Uncle Chris's" Grilled to my liking on the Good Ole Infrared Grilll I got 2.5 years ago from Academy sporting Goods.....

Outstanding breakfast. Add a couple of over easy eggs and toast and you would have really had my attention.
