NEW EVENT!!

We are located on Possum Kingdom Lake,Tx. and are starting a festival in April or May and are wanting to do a Cookoff of some sort, They have a Chili cookoff in Oct. We wanting to do something a little different such as a fajita, bean etc. Like to get it sanctioned and move on from there, any help and advice from the pros would be appreciated.
