'Nother Newbie

Postby kingbert23 » Mon Sep 28, 2009 2:22 pm

Just gonna stop in a say hey to all of you guys. Looking forward to hearing and tasting some new recipes. I married into a cooking family, only mexican food cooking. So, I figured I would add some flare by learning my fair share of bbq techniques.

I like to eat a little Mexican myself, especially in the morning. Huevos Ranchreros gets my heart started.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

I ate at a hole in the wall place here in Lubbock over the weekend that made the best stacked enchiladas with egg on top. I will be trying to recreate the one soon. Shouldn't be too hard.
