Howdy from england
Long time lurker, and finally got around to registering.
I am from sunny England (middle of summer and its 8C and hammering down with rain! )
But in true english fashion I bbq rain or shine
Currently using the simple setup of a Weber Kettle. Thats it, nothing fancy.
Still a bit of a beginner, but so far i've managed to crankout about 6 differnt kinds of ribs (im swaying towards a memphis style), full chickens, masses of smoked sausage, a couple of pulled porks.
Planning on the big one in the next few weeks, the almost mythical 'ALL NIGHT BRISKET'. Oh bbq gods please be gentle!
How, for now.

Re: Howdy from england
Big howdy hopmonkey, what part of England are you from? My father was from the St.Albans area , and I still have some relatives from that area. Beautiful country.Looking forward to chatting with you. By the way Chelsea is playing a match against Club America this week in our new Cowboy Stadium.
