Leg Of Lamb Query.

Postby Planet X » Thu Jun 04, 2009 7:09 am

About to (2hrs. from now) BBQ a leg of lamb. Does it matter if the bone is left in or does it have to be butterflied?
Cheers.

Thanks. Advice again please. Two layers of Texas Dry Rub on it. Should I paint some butter on it or oil or nothing. Doing it indirectly obviously in my Weber Kettle.

I think you got it going on there 8) Just be on your toes when it gets close to being done as it doesn't take long to go from med rare to well done.

Nice looking leg you have there. My Mrs would approve as she likes it cooked like you did. Good job!
