Hey there...

Postby Roxy » Mon Apr 27, 2009 11:37 pm

I'm Roxy and I am a Canadian...

I got it bad for BBQ and spend my days off making some sort of BBQ on my smokers (offset or bullets).

I started a team up here in Canada a couple years ago and we had a lot of luck and won the Provincial championship and we were afforded the pleasure of going to the Jack to represent Canada.. Best part of that trip was getting to party with a Texas team called Smokin Joes .. They are some crazy sumb!tches... :P Had to show them what arm wrestling is all about. 8)

Through the years I have created many BBQ friendly recipes (sauce and side dishes) that have received a lot of compliments from thous that have tried them....

I like to think that just cause I aint a southern good ole boy I am at heart and I do know what BBQ is and love to learn and share...
If y'all go away hunger, its yo own dang fault...

Hey Roxy! Let me be the first to welcome you to the Texas BBQ Forum!

I can attest to how good the recipes that I've tried of yours are! Really looking forward to seeing what you have to say here.
