if you want the apple you need to put a ball of foil in it's mouth BEFORE it goes on the cooker so it stays open, then you put the apple in when it comes off, otherwise it will shrivel to nothing if it's in there for the entire cook. :wink:

nope SC, i just laid it out indirect on the hog pit in a 2 tier setup with 2 25 cfm Guru's and temp set at 100.
