225-250. Once in a while it'll spike a little higher but it's been fairly consistent today. One of the butts cooked real fast and is resting already. The other was about 15 degrees behind but is nearing 200. I rotated them in the silver smoker every three hours to try to keep them even but some just seem to cook faster than others. I hate to open the hood more than that.
