Hi! I'm Pops, from Fort Worth, Tx. I'm a former meat cutter, manager, and Meat & Deli/Bakery Supervisor of 30+ years, and was brought up in a Country Meat Store taught by my dad who cured and smoked hams, bacons, loins, chickens, turkeys and just about everything except the oink for resale; an ave. of 36 hams and 300 lbs. of bacon a week in a town of 400 people! Also made great sausages too.
