Hello Y'all

Postby gmc » Sat Aug 16, 2008 12:26 am

Looks like I'm the first one to register from the far north of Winnipeg,Canada, where the snow is deep and the mosquitoes are huge and the beer is plentiful. Many Q'rs up here all year long except we have to put on extra clothes and thick jackets for BBq'n in January or February.Brrrrr.I wish I was down south!
Beer! So much more than just a breakfast drink!

Thanks for the welcome.I cook and smoke mostly on the Chargriller until it gets real cold and then it's on the Broil King.
Yes..I know what you mean about the customs people in Pembina ND.Most of the time they have no sense of humour what so ever, whether it's the Canadian side or the US side.Once in a while, you'll get someone that's actually normal.I've crossed there many times and I could tell stories for hours.
