New here

Postby cbucher » Sun Jul 20, 2008 8:20 pm

My name is Chad and I was told about this forum by another member. I have been smoking off and on for several years. I recently have gotten back into it with a friend of mine. We are thinking about entering a competition in September at Bass Pro Shops. I have a custom built stick burner and a New Braunsfel offset. Looking forward to learning more and maybe contributing some new stuff.

Thanks for all the welcomes. The pit is 20+ years old and the man I bought it from had it built in Joshua Tx. He had to be getting close to his 80s and I know he hated to see it go,but he said he was glad it was going to someone who would use it. I told I would definitely be doing that.
