I did a search, but didn't find anything in any threads or posts. :dont: Maybe someone can post the recipe for it if they have that one from Poke-e Joe's BBQ. :D

Welcome to the forum!

Don't know much about Poke E Joes, But I copied this from a Texas Monthly a year or so ago, and It's some kinda good!

TEXAS TUMBLEWEED PEACH COBBLER

3 c. flour, level and full
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. milk
Peaches, sliced 2 quarts

CINNAMON TOPPING:

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix all dry ingredients. Add 3 cups of milk and mix. Melt butter and pour into baking dish. Add mix to pan on top of butter. Layer pan with peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon topping. Bake 350 degrees until light brown. Serve with Blue Bell Ice Cream. Very good.
