new to the forum

Howdy from West Texas - Lots of ya'll know us, and we know lots of ya'll. For those few who we ain't acquainted with, we are the No Chiken Cooking Team. We headquarter in Tahoka, Texas, but we may be found almost anywhere. We've been cooking competition BBQ for about 5 years, and CASI chili for about 3 years. Be sure and check our website and consider coming to our cookoff in late July
