Re: Pellet Smokers
I've been buying various ones (Cherry, Hickory, Pecan, Competition Blend) and I can't tell the difference anymore.
I think my smoke taste buds are shot.

Yes so far I've only used a competition blend and I'm wondering with something like a brisket should I use a Hickory so I know it's just pure Hickory and not Hickory along with some fruits mixed in there

You might be able to go to their web sight and see if they have any dealers in your area, or find others in you area that might want to split a ton.
That is what I am using now, it is what I have left from a bulk buy.

Re: Pellet Smokers
Rural King here in Tn carries them, they are about double the price on amazon, $8.88 at RK vs crazy prices on the net, there are folks that buy large quantity's and sell from there homes, do a search on the net and see if you can save some $
