Prevent Blindness Texas, Austin region, of which I am a board member, is having a fundraising "Rib Eye Roundup." We will provide the meat, you provide the heat. The cook team entry fee is $75.
The event is the evening of Thursday, March 27, 2008, at the Fire Lake Event Center just outside Austin (8 miles west of the Y in Oak Hill).
