I Love BBQ

Postby AggieDave » Sat Jan 13, 2007 10:45 pm

I love BBQ, but want to get better at cooking it. I'm pretty good at eating it so far, but my cooking skills could be better. Hopefully chili talk is acceptable in the BBQ forum. This weather sure has me wanting some good, hot chili.

Welcome aboard. Seems like chilli cooking and bbq go hand in hand. Each needs a couple of "secret" ingredients and a colorful individual to make them come to life. :D
