Hello from South Carolina

I am a Native Texan currently displaced in Charleston SC. Grew up in West Texas. Brought my love for brisket and Texas BBQ here back in 1978 while in the Navy. Married a Charleston girl and if you marry a Charleston girl you will eventually end up back here. And that is where I am today. Run a BBQ catering outfit called Papa Kane's Southern BBQ which is a fusion of Texas and SC BBQ.
