friend Russ sent me some curry seasoning mix
marinated the thighs in CID (cheapItalianDressing) w/the curry mix
on the OldSmokey

I've made some for tonight as well, and tamarind chutney, goes well with tandoori.

This stuff is the shizzle, the sweetness of the date gets to me. The best Indian condiment along with cucumber n mint rhaita.
