Howdy from Texas... I've been pellet smoking for about 5 years, but new to the site.
I admire those who can cook true smoked food over a wood grill, but I never could quite master the art.

greetings and welcome, no difference between logs and pellets, its just the pellets are smaller, so you have already mastered the art of cooking on wood!!!
