New Guy, 5-year pellet smoker from Texas

Postby GiveAmericaAChance » Wed Apr 13, 2016 10:36 pm

Howdy from Texas... I've been pellet smoking for about 5 years, but new to the site.

I admire those who can cook true smoked food over a wood grill, but I never could quite master the art.

greetings and welcome, no difference between logs and pellets, its just the pellets are smaller, so you have already mastered the art of cooking on wood!!!
Welcome and post often and we like pictures... :D
how to tell the pellet cookers from the stick burners.... the pellet cookers are lots more rested after a long cook... :salut:
