Alright guys,my search skill's suck and I got a 20lb whole ribeye on it's way for a smoke out.I'm using some mesquite wood chunks,as far as seasoning, dry rub,or marinade's etc I'm open to suggestion.I'm smoking for about 20 people and I want a recipe that really reflect's what we like down South.I've looked at a few options but what in your mind is really popular for choice whole ribeye?

Welcome to the forum.
I assume that this is not a rib roast. I would tie with butcher string. Just to keep my slices uniform. Salt, pepper and garlic for seasoning. Sear over hot fire for color. Smoke until internal temp is 140-145° (medium rare). End slices will be medium. CF :D
OK, get over it, you lost. God bless America
