Hello everyone.. I've lurked for a while, and just signed up. BBQ has always been one of the main food groups in my life. I currently cook on a Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5", and a Weber Performer Kettle.

I love reading about everyone's techniques, pits, and recipes on BBQ so keep the info flowing!
