My name is Raymond I was born and raised in San Antonio Texas. I've been bbq'n outside for only 1 year. I've watched my uncle growing up and my two brothers for awhile now. I got into bbq'n kind of late, but I'm doing it for my wife and daughter. The story is that I was the guy who bought the meat but let someone else do all the work while I ate it:D. Now that I'm a family man and I'm spending a lot of time at home. I picked up bbq'n instead of hitting the bars. I'm picking it up rather quickly and I enjoy smoking some meat and drinking beer outside while listening to the blues. I feel that my knowledge of bbq'n is moving along rather quickly that's why I invested in buying a party gator from Gator Pits of Texas. I've been waiting 5 months now for my new smoker. I'm hoping to post some pics of my pit and my cooks on this forum. Hope to chat with some of y'all soon.
