Love my new grill grates

Picked up some grill grates for Father's Day! Wow! Talk about a melt in your mouth steak! So juicy. One of the best ribeyes I've ever eaten!

Those are awesome. I have a birthday coming up and have hinted to the wife a few times. We'll see if she was paying attention.

Better not take any chances, go ahead and order a set just in case she doesn't get you some for your b-day. And if she does get you some, well that's ok. 2 sets are better than 1.

I just now came to this website to ask about Grill Grates and sure enough, a post was already made. I'm thinking about buying a set. Looks like they work pretty good based on the pictures I see above.

Would love any more comments but I think my mind is set. :)

I like cooking on mine too. I only wish they would actually lock in place together. I know they attach to each other, but they easily slide up and down from one another. They sure are fun to cook on though. :)

I haven't tried it, but I would imagine you could crimp the connection with some large channel locks or a vise.

I tell you guys the ribeye at the top of this post was cooked on a gasser at 500 degrees for about 4 minutes per side, let rest for about 5-10 minutes. It was the juiciest, most tender ribeye I have ever eaten and the grates were not even seasoned yet. Would recommend to everyone for grilling steaks! 4 minutes per side is a touch long. It ended up medium to medium well, so shorten the time for your liking!

Grill grates rock!
