Hey guys, newbie from San Antonio

Hello members, I've been visiting this forum for the last month or so after building a UDS, aka Black Betty. I have to say I have learned valuable info on techniques, styles, rubs, cook times, wrap don't wrap, on and on. Seems like a very knowledgable bunch with a ton of experience on board, figured I would hop on the BBQ train and join the forum.
