Thanks. I am hoping to hone my skills this summer and get my recipes and techniques down. I know everyone goes about smoking their meats completely different. So it is good to have a group of folks with experience to bounce ideas off of. I am attaching a pic of "Big Sexy", my homemade smoker. She might be ugly, but she works really well.
