I don't post much on forums, mostly read them. Been using a WSM for 5yrs and a similar model prior to that, also been cooking on a Disco for 6yrs. In the process of planning my UDS build. Hope to contribute when I can.

grew up there used to own the house on veltman with the 90 foot tower in the back yard, also owned the radio shop, which was where the alternative learning center is now at the corner of 334 and 674.
your best source for meat is Del Rio, Eagle Pass or the high way, just don't tell the game warden :shock:
