Hello Everybody! Im very new to smoking meats, but I've been wanting to try for a very long time. My wife recently bought me my smoker for Christmas (I of corse pointed her in the right direction to go in). I have a Brinkman Trailmaster Smoker with the off set fire box, I also have a propane griller for all my quick cooks. I have enjoyed grilling for a long period of time but over the past few years I have been doing my research on smoking. I wanted the Trailmaster because for the price it was very well built and I didnt want to spend too much. Ive alredy used it to smoke some ribs and they turned out wonderful. I hope to use this forum to get some tips and maybe a few recipes. I have already been searching the sight and really enjoy reading the different techniques used and the wondeerful and helpful comments people make.
Thank you all and hope to hear more from you.

Happy New Year Neighbor.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
