Spices, best place to buy the Texas based spices.

Postby Changeling » Sun Nov 18, 2012 5:23 pm

Hello to all. I am getting caught up in the Texas/Mexican style of cooking (because it's good). Where do you guys buy your "on line" chili spices for making chili/brisket/ribs/rubs, etc? Most of these spies are not available in my area. Thanks.

Where is your "area"? Sams carries some pretty good stuff, I like the Tones and McCormicks myself and as David just said SB has some very good ones too.

He's got some really good rubs. You definitely need to try the Hint of Houston.

www.spiceandtea.com. This is the place I picked up some spices that was at Downtown Disney. The applewood smoked sea salt smells great.
