The rack of lamb looks great! I enjoyed talking with you Saturday morning at Pitmakers. I am in the process of seasoning the pit. I held the temp at 250 degF for a couple of hours and now its sitting at 275 degF. Can't wait to use the pit for some real smoking! My wife and I are going to try the chicken breasts you talked about. Will let you know the result later...

My interest is really peaked here. I must know more details on this smoke. I am a HUGE fan of lamb and there are many ways it can be done, and even more ways it can be botched. This looks like a plate full of win to me. For the love of Little Bo Peep, SHARE THE DETAILS!!
