New From Cypress Area

Hey guys,
For some reason this forums has flown under my "forum radar" until this weekend when a friend told me about it. I am excited to be on here and have the freedom to talk about BBQ and all the sauces, rubs and pits I use.

I currently cook on this beast. Its a large Spicewine with a one of a kind air ride trailer that lays flat on the ground so I can roll the smoker off and on if I want. My team is called Long Shots and we compete around the greater Houston area. We're sponsored by Lonestar Beer so stop by our tent and meet us some time and enjoy a cold one on me.
