Hello from the Valley.

Postby panch0 » Wed Jun 22, 2011 4:24 pm

Hello from Deep South Texas RGV. My name is Frank and I have been going to local BBQ contest for around 5 yrs now. We place sometimes and sometimes we bomb. We mostly go to meet new folks and have a day in the outdoors cookin meat. I work in an office and love to get out doors when I can. I love to fish, and hunt when I can. I also love making handmade knives in my spare time. So that's a little about me.

Sounds like you will fit right in what part of the valley are you from? I lived just north of the valley for years there are some great bbq cook offs down there.
