Hey from England

Postby eunosben » Sat Jun 04, 2011 9:09 am

Hi everyone. My names Ben and I live in Derbyshire, England. I have decided to join your forum as I know you american guys are amazing at bbq cooking.
I'm planning on fabricating my own offset smoker using 2 barrels 1 will be 200 litres and the other 25 for the fire box.
Anyone of you guys that have built one and want to give any tips feel free as I am a total newbie to smokers. Cheers Ben

Glad to have you with us, Ben! I don;t know much about building smokers, but there are plenty on here that are pro's. You might try posting your question in the Pits, Smokers & Chuckwagons section. I;m sure somebody would be along right away to help you out.
