Nice, :thap: I like making the fatties with maple sausage or Italian, good stuff.
How bout some more beans Mr.Taggert? I'd say you've had enough!

I need to do a fatty its been awhile. Looks Good Mike nice weave on those.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

Thanks BD. That was my first attempt at some weaved bacon. I thought it came out pretty good. I used some of my rib rub on em. On the scotch eggs, I used a combo of the rib rub, and some Tonys. I liked them better than the fatty's. The fatty made with the corned beef hash was really good also. Only problem, was that when I took it off, and put it on a tray to bring in, it fell all apart! At least it did it after I got it off the UDS.

On the Scotch Eggs, I just wrapped some of the JD sausage around some hard boiled eggs, seasoned em with some rub, and cooked em in my UDS untill the sausege was done. I know it's not "traditional" scotch eggs, but they sure were good! Think next time, I'll try em with bacon wrapped around em to.
