Well got it started for company bbq tomorrow so far so good second pic is my homemade dampner lol

well got em a;; up to 160 wrapped em up and came home to finish in the oven one small problrm I FORGET my thermometer I guess its the tenderness test for me lol
should I get the same results with the butt as the brisk I mean like stickin a knife in butter just wondering
