So who's going to Kaufman?

I don't think we are going to Kaufman, thinking about doing the Knights of Columbus in Irving, but may just go judge. I will have to get with my wife and teamates after this weekends debacle, lol! They may be spurning a new team as well. We had so many guys that wanted to cook, but just not enough pits to cook on...need to build them some UDS's.

I should be there...unless I gotta work AGAIN. I've been gathering supplies...quikshade canopy, water container, extra cutting boards..etc. Should be good to go.

I'm trying to picture this place in my head, but I can't. I'm sure I've been by this place, but I haven't a clue. Anyone know what the facilities are like as far as space and parking?

there is plenty of room - unless they have had a bunch of rain - but it is also a rocky soil - I feel that we might have as many as 30 teams this year which would be up from past events.
