Quick and simple dinner last night. Burgers, zucchini and some beans.

Very nice. I love to do burgers on ciabatta rolls. I used to get these garlic ciabatta rolls that were great for burgers, but the store bakery no longer makes them.

Chipotle Mayo. I don't know if I'll ever make another burger without it.

I just took a can of Chiptole peppers in adobo sauce and put it in food processor to make a sauce then added some of it to some mayonnaise and mix. Add some juice from a lime but I didn't have one this time.
