Brisket Chili..........
Cooked a flat about 2 weeks ago and chopped it up. Cooked chili tonight and used the hickory smoked flat along with some deer meat!!!! I used some Serrano, pablono and jalepenos with it, usually just use jalepenos, boy it sure was GOOOOOOOOOD. A little on the hot side but oh well i will worry about that in the morning. But i was wondering if anyone else has used brisket for chili ???

Re: Brisket Chili..........
I smoked a brisket last weekend. Wasn't the best of meat(had good flavor), so I ran half of the cooked brisket through my meat grinder and made chili on Sunday with it. Yes it was very tastee, but expensive and laborous chili. I'll stick to my regular chili recipe.
