James B's Wife and kids

Postby Bluz » Fri Jan 22, 2010 3:04 pm

Just a little update, about Julie, Shelby, and Jamie. Though as you all know, going through something like this is so terribly hard, I talk with Julie and sometimes the girls each week, and they seem to be getting back to some kind of normalcy in the Bennett household. The girls are still doing very well in school, and Julie is always keeping herself busy with work and the girls activities, as well as continuing the repairs and upgrades to the house. Though the missing of James is definitely not out of their minds, things are getting better. I know they have felt the love and prayers being lifted up on their behalf, and please continue, for the understanding they still need. Thanks to all for your continued prayers.

Glad to hear that you are keeping in touch with them and that they are doing good.

That has to be so hard on Julie losing her husband of many years and the girls losing their father...

Maybe some of us can get together some weekend and help her with some things that need to be done around the house, if she even needs anything? :dont:

Still keeping them in our prayers...
Chuck

Thanks for the update, Bluz. There is not a week that goes by that I don't think about James. I just can't even begin to imagine what his family is having to deal with. I am glad to hear they are getting some sort of normalcy back into their lives. Time doesn't necessarily heal, but it does allow us to learn to cope.

I took some of my guys with me the other day and cleaned the back yard of most ever part for a pit you can imagine. James had more incomplete parts for pits, and most needed to be in my Scrap yard. I think his brother took the UDS and some other pits so that was good, especially when Donna told me that if I come home with another cooking mechanism, I better be big enough for me to live in, LOL
